land sales 1800 SEAGROVE (1800 732 476)

Seagrove Park is over two and half acres in area, and is designed around over sixty mature eucalypt trees of high conservation significance.

Extensive mulched garden beds with massed plantings of indigenous groundcovers have been created under these trees allowing them to senesce naturally, while minimising risk to park users from falling limbs. This approach has allowed the retention of large, hollow bearing trees which have become vital habitat for wildlife.

An architecturally-designed, skillion-roofed shelter overlooks the children’s playground and frames views of the tall trees.

Designed and built in Australia, Seagrove Park’s energy-efficient barbeques are powered by six solar panels mounted on the roof of the picnic shelter. The grid-connected solar panels collect over 1,400 kWh of energy each year, reducing annual greenhouse-gas emissions by two tonnes.
