land sales 1800 SEAGROVE (1800 732 476)

Seagrove is proud to have been recognised for environmental excellence in the 2007 Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence. The judges commended Seagrove for "setting a new benchmark for sustainable residential development".

Seagrove is part of a beautiful natural environment, featuring bay views, regionally significant eucalypt woodland and rich bird-life, including Superb Blue Wrens, honeyeaters, lorikeets, rosellas, White-faced Herons, and birds of prey - over sixty observed native species.

One of the great pleasures of Seagrove, and Phillip Island, is the opportunity to come face-to-face with our unique wildlife on a regular basis. Phillip Island is home to the Phillip Island Nature Park which is a leader in the research and management of our unique wildlife.

Across the island, there are a wide range of walking tracks, boardwalks, and viewing platforms - especially to the south where the island's ocean beaches provide spectacular coastal scenery in stark contrast to the calm sandy beaches close to Seagrove.

Phillip Island also forms part of the Western Port Biosphere Reserve, recognised by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).
